Welcome to Backoffice, a product of ZeroComplex AI, registered in Delaware, USA. By using Backoffice, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Backoffice's website, services, and AI-powered automation tools (collectively, the “Service”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BackOffice, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or meet the age of majority in your country).
  • Have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using Backoffice immediately.

Our Services

Backoffice provides AI-powered automation to help individuals and businesses streamline their workflows across various applications.

Our Service includes:

  • AI Assistant. Automates tasks across integrated apps (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Third-Party Integrations. Allows users to connect external services for task execution.
  • Customization Features. Enables users to personalize automation workflows.

Backoffice may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access Backoffice, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity occurring under your account.
  • Ensuring your use of Backoffice complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Misusing AI features to generate or distribute harmful content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Using Backoffice for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

Backoffice reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Plans & Payment

Backoffice offers free and paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing, and renewal policies are outlined on our Pricing Page.

  • Billing. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Upgrades & Downgrades. Users can modify their plans, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, or Flutterwave. BackOffice does not store sensitive payment details.

AI and Third-Party Integrations

Backoffice connects with third-party applications (e.g., Google, Slack, ClickUp) to execute tasks based on user instructions.

By integrating external services, you agree that:

  • Backoffice only accesses necessary data with your permission.
  • You remain responsible for complying with third-party terms (e.g., Google API policies).
  • You can revoke integration access at any time via Backoffice apps.

Backoffice is not responsible for any errors, data loss, or security risks caused by third-party services.

We do not use any Google user data (such as Gmail, Calendar, or Drive content, etc) to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

All data access is performed in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Backoffice follows strict data protection policies as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Key Commitments:

  • We never sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
  • All API requests and AI interactions are processed in real-time and not stored permanently.
  • Users can manage and revoke permissions anytime via account settings.

Intellectual Property Rights

Backoffice and its underlying technology, designs, and branding are owned by ZeroComplex AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of Backoffice without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use Backoffice branding for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Users retain ownership of content they generate using Backoffice, but grant us a limited license to process data for service functionality.

Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, including if a user:

  • Violates these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  • Attempts to disrupt or misuse our AI services.

If your account is terminated, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Backoffice is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free AI responses.

We are not liable for:

  • incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, business disruptions, or third-party service failures.
  • AI-generated errors, misinterpretations, or unintended outputs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 6 months.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

If a dispute arises, we encourage informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app announcements. Your continued use of Backoffice after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
